Salary: $110,000.00 USD Annually - $120,000.00 USD Annually

Description

Our client is currently seeking an RN-Unit Manager to join their team in Peabody, MA. If interested and qualified, please apply immediately!

We are looking for a RN unit Manager to work in the LTC/ Rehab portion of the community. This unit has 60 patients. The caseload would be split between our candidate and an existing Unit Manager. On average there are 10 admissions/discharges weekly.

Shift: 8a-4p or 9a-5p M-F

Bonus: Merit increase, and Annual bonus up to 8% of salary.

Requirements

  • Three years SNF (skilled nursing facility) experience
  • Preferred to have wound certification.
  • Functions would include wound documentation, reviewing orders, care plans, assisting with audits, educating nurses and CNAs as needed.
  • Strong leadership
  • Clinical oversight
  • Reporting
  • Customer Service (ability to be patient and understanding with involved families)
