Job Description:
Join a dynamic and compassionate team dedicated to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care in an ambulatory setting. We are seeking a Registered Nurse who thrives in a collaborative environment and is committed to excellence in clinical practice, patient education, and care coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver safe, age-appropriate, and culturally competent nursing care.
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to plan and coordinate care.
- Perform assessments, develop care plans, and evaluate outcomes.
- Educate patients and families on health conditions and preventive care.
- Maintain clinical documentation and comply with regulatory standards.
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing (BSN preferred).
- Current New Hampshire RN license.
- BLS certification (American Heart Association).
- Strong clinical judgment, communication, and organizational skills.
- Prior acute care or medical-surgical experience preferred.
- Supportive team environment with opportunities for professional growth.
- Commitment to evidence-based practice and lifelong learning.
