Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced RN to join our Vascular Access and Dialysis Team to focus on improving healthcare quality and patient safety by monitoring patient care processes.

Any base pay offer provided depends on skills, experience, education, certifications, and a variety of other job-related factors. We are seeking an experienced RN to join our Vascular Access and Dialysis Team to focus on improving healthcare quality and patient safety by monitoring patient care processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborating with multidisciplinary team (physicians, dietitians, social workers, nurses, child life specialists) to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to enhance outcomes.
- Collecting, analyzing and presenting clinical data to meet CMS regulatory requirements for QAPI (Quality Assessment and Performance Improvement) for the Dialysis Program
- Preparing and presenting Dialysis QAPI data for bimonthly meetings to Dialysis Governing Body.
- Maintaining meeting minutes of QAPI meetings and follow up of implementation of improvement initiatives.
- Collecting, analyzing and present clinical data to monitor for hospital acquired conditions (HAC) related to the Vascular Access Service, specifically Peripheral IV Infiltration and Extravasation (PIVIE)
- Performing chart reviews
- Patient assessment of PIVIE
- Working Monday - Friday, days, 8:30-5.
Minimum Qualifications
- A bachelor's degree in nursing
- At least 2 years of Inpatient nursing experience required.
- Microsoft excel experience and ability to use statistical data programs.
- Interest in healthcare quality improvement and interest in using data to understand and improve patient outcomes.
- Current Massachusetts license as a Registered Nurse (RN)
