We are seeking a full time, 40-hour RN to support our Internal Medicine team located at 323 Lowell St. in Andover, MA. The desired schedule is Monday through Friday from 8:30am – 5:00pm.

No Licenses and Credentials Registered Nurse [RN - State License] - Generic - HR Only required Basic Life Support [BLS Certification] - Data Conversion - Various Issuers preferred Experience Clinical nursing experience 0-1 year required and Ambulatory care or outpatient experience 1-2 years preferred Knowledge, Skills and Abilities - Proficient knowledge of nursing principles, practices, and procedures. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic healthcare environment. - Demonstrated commitment to continuing education and professional development. - Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMRs) and healthcare technologies.

- Deliver direct patient care and support in our ambulatory care unit, ensuring high nursing standards.
- Conduct patient assessments, devise care plans, and assist in outpatient procedures with a focus on patient comfort and safety.
- Educate patients and families on treatment plans, medications, and post-procedure care.
- Collaborate closely with healthcare professionals to coordinate comprehensive patient care.
- Administer medications, perform IV therapy, and maintain accurate patient records in compliance with regulations.
